foodpiQ provides an online directory and information aggregation platform for food court venues, mall outlets, airport dining halls, counter menus, dietary categorizations, and operating hours. We connect consumers with information regarding independent food vendors and operators.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
When using foodpiQ, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local food service laws.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automatedly harvest menu data without written consent.
- Impersonate any person or restaurant business entity.
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the foodpiQ servers.
4. Accuracy of Menu & Venue Information
While foodpiQ strives to maintain up-to-date and accurate menu pricing, dish availability, and allergen labels, food court outlet offerings are subject to change by individual vendors without prior notice. foodpiQ does not guarantee that menu prices or item availability on screen will always match live counter registers.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, layout designs, software code, and brand elements on foodpiQ are the property of foodpiQ or its partner vendors. Logos and images of third-party restaurant brands remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, foodpiQ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on venue information, menu pricing discrepancies, or food quality provided by independent restaurant counters.
